Flower & Gem essence are a popular healing tool that are safe, effective and easy to make.  Healing essences can easily be made by infusing a flower, gem or other natural objects in water in either sun or moonlight. The resulting water contains an imprint of the flower or gem. Essences interact with our energy bodies, resonating through all aspects of our being, spiritual, physical and mental. They encourage the awakening of our highest self and inspire transformation while alleviating our fears and negative ideas. Essences invite opportunities for profound and soulful healing. In this workshop we will explore making, taking and communicating with both flower and gem essences. This will be a hands on class, and each participant will take home an essence.
