Help Rebuild Our Classroom After Hurricane Helene

In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, our Twin Star South classroom was destroyed, leaving us without a space to gather, teach, and share the wisdom of herbalism and earth-based traditions. Now, we are calling on our community to help us rebuild and create a new, dedicated classroom where we can continue this essential work.

We still need your help!

Now that we have the classroom, we need to fill it! Please consider contributing through the ways below to help us with Phase Two of our Fundraiser.

Twin Star South is more than just a classroom—it is a place of transformation. It is where students immerse themselves in the healing power of plants, where wisdom is passed down through generations, and where people find connection, purpose, and empowerment. Without this space, our ability to provide hands-on education, community workshops, and accessible herbal resources is significantly impacted.

Rebuilding our classroom is not just about recovering from a storm; it is about ensuring that this knowledge and these traditions continue to thrive. It is about investing in a future where herbal medicine and earth-based teachings remain accessible to all who seek them.

The NEW SPACE - Before

The Impact of Your Support

Community support has always been at the heart of Twin Star Tribe, and thanks to your generosity, we have already been able to make a profound difference. We have allocated last year’s $4,000 in donations to:

  • Award 11 scholarships to Asheville-based students in our Foundations of Herbalism program, making herbal education more accessible to those directly affected by Helene and who might not otherwise have the opportunity.

  • We expanded our efforts with the Appalachian Herb Collective, a community initiative that provides free herbal clinics and herbal products to individuals in need. This work ensures that people have access to natural medicine, regardless of financial barriers.

These initiatives are just the beginning. With a new classroom space, we can continue to expand our offerings, host more students, and provide essential herbal education to our beloved community and beyond.
