Throughout this course, you will explore the foundational principles of herbalism, including plant energetics, body systems, and the herbs that support them through 120 hours of in-depth, richly enhanced instructional video, while building practical skills to use in your daily life. As Herbalists, we honor the connection between wellbeing and the edible and medicinal plants that grow all around us, and through this work, we begin to remember what our ancestors have always known. As your knowledge deepens, you will gain the tools to take your health into your own hands and participate in the ongoing relationship between people, plants, and community healing.
"Lupo, I love your lectures! You make everything so fluid and easy to understand. Your way of teaching, adding personal stories and experiences really helped me! You have taught me so much about the plants, but even more importantly, you help open my spiritual door to better understand people, including myself. The structure of the classes are enjoyable. I really have gotten so much more than expected in your teachings. Thank you for all you offer.β
